James is a corporate strategy consultant with over 15 years’ experience working with private equity investors, corporates and boards across healthcare, animal health, energy and industrials. He combines a background in veterinary medicine with extensive consulting expertise, enabling him to advise on growth strategies, transactions and performance improvement with both analytical rigour and sector understanding.

He has also supported international veterinary and agri-businesses on M&A and strategy.

James served as a Non-Executive Director of National Milk Records plc, where he chaired the Strategy Committee and helped lead US expansion ahead of the company’s sale. He holds a veterinary degree from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from INSEAD.
