Mansfield Advisors LLP is a leading strategy consulting firm across healthcare (including social care and education), life sciences and veterinary with a focus on corporate strategy and commercial due diligence. We work for public and private corporate clients and private equity firms with the aim of adding value by advising them on growth, market entry, go to market, commercial due diligence and digital transformation strategies.

Founded in 2013 by two former McKinsey consultants, Victor Chua and Adam Scott, we have a team of 20+ employed consultants including 4 medical doctors and two vets, who are subject matter experts with breadth and depth of experience across healthcare. Whilst we are based in London, our focus is European and our team international, speaking 10 languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Italian, Russian, Chinese Mandarin, Farsi and Hindi).

Our work is big 3 consulting firm quality, but benefits from our 100% sector focus and 30 years of knowledge from projects, supported by big-data analytics, proprietary databases and sector expertise, both clinical and technical.  We have grown strongly over the last few years, but maintained an 85% client repeat rate, an indication of the outstanding quality of the advice we give and the limited use we make of external contractors.

What differentiates us is our ability to understand the high-level strategic drivers of a market, including the political and funding elements. We are experienced at assessing individual care home, hospital or business unit P&Ls, their respective business cases, and combining the two to provide real insights to support strategic decisions.
