Victor has worked in healthcare consulting since 2000 and is a medically qualified doctor. He started his career as ophthalmic surgeon in the UK’s National Health Service, before joining McKinsey in 2000, where he worked in the healthcare practice. Victor left McKinsey to found a boutique firm’s healthcare practice, which he built for ten years delivering over 200 projects. In 2013 he co-founded Mansfield Advisors LLP.
