We are interested in high-achieving and ambitious applicants with an interest in healthcare and life sciences. A clinical background is not necessary, but is beneficial.

Applications for our summer internship programme runs from 1 September to 31 January and for graduates from 1 September to 28 February. Please enquire for off-cycle internships.

We accept applications year-round for advanced degree holders, experienced hires and senior advisors.

Application Process

CV Screening

We look for outstanding academic performance, evidence of commercial interest, and leadership in extra-curricular activities.

HR Phone Call

We will check motivations, and can field any preliminary questions you may have.

Psychometric Test

We test for numerical, verbal and non-verbal reasoning.

Case Interviews

We conduct 2‒3 case studies, led by Associates or Engagement Managers; these follow industry standard (see below) and could include market sizing, growth strategy and product launch.

CV Interview

Partner-led, we expect a short presentation of your CV, and then are interested in understanding your personal experience, motivations for consulting and how you might fit into our team.

What is a Case Interview?

Case interviews reflect real-world challenges that our clients face. They are designed to simulate problem-solving discussions that our team have on a day-to-day basis when delivering both commercial diligence and corporate strategy projects. Through our discussion, we are looking to assess:

  • Ability to lead a discussion and ask relevant questions.
  • The structured approach you take to solving a problem.
  • How analytical and creative your thinking is.
  • Ability to manipulate data to quantify and make recommendations.
  • Communication skills in conveying ideas.
